Dominic Narcissi

Doctoral Extern

I am currently a Clinical Psychology (PsyD) student at Midwestern University in Downers Grove. I completed my Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern after earning my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Before therapy, I worked as a middle school teacher and coach for 4 years.

I recently completed a year of diagnostic assessment work at Westside Children’s Therapy, where I evaluated mood, neurodevelopmental, and other psychological concerns for children and families. I am interested in working with individuals from all ages and walks of life.

In therapy, I aim to provide a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental space grounded in a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. I work with clients across a range of concerns and have a particular interest in anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma recovery, with an emphasis on strengthening self-worth and helping you explore your life’s purpose.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy reading, playing guitar, and gaming.
