Facing life’s challenges is hard, and having someone beside you who is authentic, empathetic, and open-hearted can make it a little easier. I aim to bring those qualities into our conversations as we explore your story together. I’m deeply curious about people and the experiences that shape how we perceive the world.

My approach strives for collaboration, flexibility, and independence; I want to ground our work in your goals, values, and aspirations, while making sure to understand what matters most to you. I often utilize principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), to inform our approach to fit your needs in a way that respects your inner-world and values. In our time together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and the broader systems of life interact to shape your every-day experiences and concerns.

My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported, a space where we can work together to foster self-reflection, growth, and agency.
